Caregiving is simply the act of assisting someone you care about who is chronically ill, disabled and/or unable to perform certain tasks for themselves. Fifty million Americans currently provide some type of care to a loved one each year. Caregivers are often confronted with the need to facilitate housing decisions for aging loved ones under challenging circumstances. This presentation will equip Caregivers with information and resources that will empower caregivers and care recipients.
