The College of Human Environmental Sciences offers several Master of Science degree programs and PhD in Human Environmental Sciences: The Department of Design, Housing and Merchandising offers a resident Master of Science degree, an online Master of Science degree with emphasis in merchandising, and a PhD in human environmental sciences with a specialization in design, housing, and merchandising. The programs are scientifically based and research and/or design oriented. Graduate degrees in the department are tailored to departmental areas of expertise and the professional goals of the graduate student. Graduate programs focus on either merchandising or design.
