The Spring 2009 Dean's Digest |
Every year the conclusion of classes brings a mix of celebration, satisfaction, relief, happiness and anticipation of what lies ahead. We celebrated successful academic careers and the prospect of continued excellence at the annual Celebration of Excellence in April. At the event, 133 students received over $200,000 in scholarships for next year while eight seniors and several faculty members were recognized for significant achievements.

CHES hosts first Kathleen Briggs undergraduate scholars forum |
The College of Human Environmental Sciences hosted the inaugural Kathleen Briggs CHES Undergraduate Scholars Forum April 22-23.
The event is named in honor of Dr. Kathleen Briggs, a former Human Development and Family Science professor and department head, who passed away last year. |
